The central objective of Rotary is service in the community, in the workplace, and across the world. Rotarians design and implement service projects that address many of today’s most pressing challenges, including fighting diseases, supporting education, promoting peace, ending polio, strengthening local economies, protecting the environment, saving mothers and children, and providing access to clean water.
ROTARY ACTIVITIES
In addition to its various projects, the club has actively participated in Rotary District activities, including PolioPlus, the Peace Concert, and the Cancer Run. RC Wakiso also played a key role during the visit of the Rotary International President, an occasion during which three of its members were proudly inducted.
